Please note that we are able to process returns and refunds purchased at our website shop. For purchases made with our wholesale partner retailers, you must work with them directly.

Coffee Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be unopened, and in the original packaging. Please contact our office at customerservice@twinbeecoffee.com and provide your first and last names, email address, street address, order number, products purchased and the reason for return and/or refund request. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Other Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@twinbeecoffee.com, within 10 days of purchase date. In the event of a defective product, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise (coffee) items within 10 days of purchase date.

Please contact our office at customerservice@twinbeecoffee.com and provide your first and last names, email address, street address, order number, products purchased and the reason for return and/or refund. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

When we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we are happy to replace your returned products or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit usually within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
